Arrival in Ahmedabad. Check into the hotel and refresh. Visit the Calico museum and shreyas folk museum. After lunch we can visit Patan known for the Famous Double ikkat Patola weaving . Ahmedabad is a very important textile market in Gujarat. Overnight Ahmedabad Hotel.
Depart from Ahmedabad to reach Bhuj which is an important textile and handicraft in Gujarat and is famous world over. Reach by late afternoon and spend the time in local market and shop around for some authentic handicraft. Overnight Bhuj Hotel.
Today we shall depart for handicraft villages like Nirona, Ludia, Sumrasar Sheikh and many others near the same vicinity where we can find some exquisite handicraft and textile art forms.  Overnight Bhuj Hotel.
Today we shall visit the Kutch museum to see how handicraft and textile form an intricate part of people’s lifestyle in Kutch. Depart for Ahmedabad through Rajkot, where Mahatma Gandhi had established Rashtriya Shala for the Upliftment and training of many textile artist like Patola weaving and Khadi spinning etc.. Reach Ahmedabad by evening and visit some remote areas where a very rare form of Hand painting on textile exists called “Mata ni pachedi” a form of Kalamkari, known to very few local families.
